Letter of Inquiry
The first step in the application process is to submit a Letter of Inquiry. The Letter of Inquiry will assist the foundation in determining if your request aligns with our funding interests. You may download the Letter of Inquiry Form here. Please complete the form and return it to JAH Foundation via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. You will receive an acknowledgement from our office once your Letter of Inquiry is received. If additional information is required, you will be notified by the foundation.

JAH Foundation reviews letters of inquiry on a regular basis. Letters of inquiry should be received by the foundation no later than October 31 for the yearly grant cycle. The Board of JAH Foundation meets in early November each year and grants are awarded in December. Time-sensitive and urgent requests may be considered on an individual basis.
